Can supplements really help my skin ?

To give you idea you would have to take about 20 tablets a day to get the same amount of collagen in tablet form.

How do you take it ?

Take your Collagen Shots daily on an empty stomach. Ideally half an hour before going to sleep at night. This is when cells are renewing. If you eat late at night, have on an empty stomach either first thing in the morning or before a meal.


Place one level scoop (supplied in pouch) of Collagen Shots into a glass.

Add 200-250ml of water, whisk with a fork until thoroughly mixed. Leave to stand for one minute. Whisk again and drink. It tastes like a mild berry juice, in case your are wondering.
